- “Service(s)” refers to carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, water damage restoration, and any other services provided by Steamy Concepts.
2. Booking and Payments
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, or in person.
- Prices for our services may vary based on location, service type, and the condition of the area being cleaned.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- Any additional charges will be discussed and confirmed before service completion.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- A cancellation fee may apply if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Service Satisfaction and Limitations
- We strive to provide the best results; however, we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, or damage beyond normal cleaning capabilities.
- Certain stains (e.g., pet urine, red wine, ink) may require additional treatments at an additional cost.
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion for a possible resolution.
5. Liability and Damages
- We take great care in handling your property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of carpets, upholstery, or other materials.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, manufacturer defects, or customer misuse.
- Please inform our technicians of any fragile or valuable items in the service area before work begins.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
- The area to be cleaned should be free of personal items, clutter, and excessive debris.
- Water and electricity must be available for the cleaning process.
7. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and only collect necessary personal information for scheduling and service fulfillment.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process transactions or comply with legal obligations.

8. Website Use

- Unauthorized use of our website, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or transmitting harmful code, is strictly prohibited.

11. 365 Spill & Spot Plan Subscription Benefits
- Fresh spill coverage: Tackles accidental spills promptly.
- Within 48-hour response: Fast action for urgent situations.
- All services include: Carpet, tile, sofa, loveseat, or chair cleaning
- 6 Pet Urine Issues visits: Pet Urine must be reported within 48 hours (*some restrictions may apply)
- Sofa, loveseat, or chair cleaning- Accidental spills
- Unlimited visits: Flexibility to address unexpected messes.
- 10% off any regularly priced cleaning service or additional services
- Free Visual Mold Inspections For Water Damage Services
- Free Carpet Cleaning When Steamy Concepts Is Hired For Water Damage Restoration Services.
- Deductible Assistance for Water & Mold Restoration Services: A maximum of $500 based on five percent assistance of the total bill
12. Exclusions/ Terms & Conditions:
While our Care Plan is designed to provide reliable, on-demand service for everyday carpet mishaps, the following are not covered:
- Permanent Stains – Issues such as dye stains or other discolorations that cannot be removed through standard cleaning.
- Advanced Treatments – Situations requiring specialized cleanings, such as *extensive pet damage, biohazard human/pet bodily fluids, *pet treatment enzymes, odor removal, or restoration for color loss.
- Pre-existing Conditions – Old spots, stains, or damage unrelated to a single, recent accidental spill.
- Monthly subscription cancellation with thirty days prior written notice submitted via email
- 365 Spill & Spot subscription is non-refundable
- Up to 9 square feet of carpet, tile, or upholstery (fabric permitting).
- Maintenance or deep cleaning of traffic areas, hallways, walkways, etc. not included.
- Spot or spill cleaning only. Must be reported within 48 hours per occurrence
- This subscription is subject to recurring billing, charged to the credit card provided by the customer on a monthly or annual basis. By signing below, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
